All of us are constantly struggling against temptation and sin. Sometimes we win, and other times we lose. We are all human. Our minds naturally follow sin, so it can’t be helped There are a couple of different explanations for this:

You know, I’ve been trying to live a healthier lifestyle these past 3 weeks or so. I’ve been eating less calorie dense foods, no soda, more exercising, etc. But then, now I realize that I should have this kind of resolve for my spiritual health as well.
