Haha no problem.

You know, I was walking by when my sister was watching the show on women of the police force (forgot the title), and I sat down and watched for a couple minutes, and this one lady who was getting arrested just started flipping out and cussing at the officer and stuff. The officer was asked how/why she was so composed and all she said is that her job makes her deal with a lot of situations like this, and if she lets every single one get under her skin, her life would be miserable.

I think that’s something to take into account for all of us. Whenever we encounter any situation, positive or negative, we have the choice* to take it positively or negatively. That’s something that most of us don’t know. The fact that we have that choice.

Just thought I’d share what inspired that little piece of advice :)
